Kenneth Choo is the author of the book, Mother Industrialist: Perfecting the balance between Motherhood and Business Success. He is an entrepreneur, business/marketing consultant, and Speaker. He founded KC Creative Marketing Pte. Ltd. in 2015, after working in the media sales & marketing industry since 2004. He is very experienced in sales and marketing, especially in the parenting industry.

Kenneth’s past experiences have enabled him to help his clients craft marketing strategies to outshine their competitors. His extensive network has also helped his clients reach out to more customers. Kenneth is best known for his out-of-the-box thinking and offers creative and beneficial solutions for his clients’ marketing campaigns.

His book, Mother Industrialist, share with parents how to perfectly balance both parenting and work so that they can have more time to spend with their children and their loved ones. With over 25 years of senior corporate leadership and entrepreneurship experience, Christine has been extensively engaged in key entrepreneurship and senior corporate leadership roles overseeing business development, sales and marketing, business excellence transformation, projects start-up and rollout, corporate turnaround, corporate social responsibility, succession planning, organization development, human resources, performance management, training and development, competency-based programmes, career development, leadership and executive coaching, workplace mentoring, career management, HR outsourcing projects both locally and regionally in Asia Pacific. Christine has also founded/co-founded/incubate businesses in human capital and business outsourcing. She is a frequent contributor on HR insights in ASIA.

An advocate of life-long learning, Christine is pursuing her Masters in Business Administration with University of Adelaide (Ngee Ann Kongsi). Noel Tan (Mr)

Founder of The Social Butlerfly & Co-founder of Symplify Media

A former Engineer and ex-Banker for 11 years, Noel found his passion as a Social Media Marketing Consultant 2 years ago.

Seeing the change in consumers behaviour due to disruptive innovations, he saw new opportunities in the digital marketing space, distinctly social media.

He is a strong advocate on needs based selling and believes that social media platforms has the data and AI capabilities to understand human behaviours and interests, thus matching products to the right clients efficiently.

Being a Startup entrepreneur himself, he understands the pain of marketing and bootstrapping with limited resources.

Thus setting himself on a mission with a goal to educate and help Startups and SMEs, that has little or no digital footprint, manage their social media growth and marketing.

Currently, Noel is the co-founder of Symplify Media, a Singapore based Social Media Marketing Agency. He is also the Founder of The Social Butlerfly, an online based marketing platform providing bite sized Instagram Account Management and Marketing services to Small Businesses out of Singapore.

Michelle Hon is a mother of three and has founded multiple 6-figures businesses. Born and bred in Malaysia, Michelle started her career as a fashion model and worked around the region since she was 17. She quitted modelling and moved to Australia in her early twenties and worked as an event & F&B manager.

She moved to Singapore and founded her first 6-figures business, The Soupery. Motherhood came knocking and she gave up her business to be a stay at home mom. This led to her starting her award winning blog, www.thechillmom.com and Maternity Concierge business a year later where she helps expecting parents plan the arrival of their babies.

Her blog grew, along as her social media channels, and she now also works with brands as a key opinion leader in motherhood lifestyle. She published her first book, The Chill Mom: How to go from anxious expectant mother to relaxed, confident mom in May 2018.

Michelle has recently launched a mumpreneur mentorship program to help stay-at-home-moms who feel stuck to find their purpose and start their own dream lifestyle business, so they can earn an income and live their best mom life.

Zoe Chu is a renowned Sleep Supernanny, transformational baby and child sleep expert, author, business coach and parenting speaker based in Singapore. She founded SG Supernanny in 2013 with the mission of empowering tired and sleep deprived families get back their precious sleep. She released her first book called Sleep Baby Sleep! which is available for sale at major bookstores in Singapore and Malaysia. Some of the companies she has worked with include Prudential, Nestle, DBS, Drypers and Gleneagles Hospital.

Zoe is a mother of four including a set of twins. She and her husband met in New Zealand and lived in Christchurch for over 10 years before deciding to settle down in Singapore to allow them to be closer to their families. A single mum of three children, Gena had the heavy responsibility of raising her children all by herself after her husband passed away in 2008. Prior to MindChamps, her entrepreneurial attitude had led her to try her hand twice as a business franchisee of two different yogurt brands.

Gena’s mission in life is to add value to other people’s lives, hence her belief in the MindChamps platform. As an accredited Education Success Coach & an Chief Education Advisor with MindChamps, she finds MindChamps to be aligned with her purpose in life, i.e. to serve, to lead, “to make a difference one by one to every human being I meet”. CEO and founder of Proof Perfect Pte Ltd & MarketSMART Learning Hub

Ange Dove is the CEO and founder of Proof Perfect Pte Ltd, a content creation agency, and MarketSMART Learning Hub, Proof Perfect’s marketing training arm.

She has been serving MNCs and small businesses for 20 years providing content for websites, blogs, brochures, annual reports, presentations and more.

A teacher by profession, Ange has recently come full circle by adding training to her professional services to help the small business owner become self sufficient in marketing so they can Get Ready, Get Seen, Get Business.

Ange started her business with the aim of working from home and looking after her two small children at the time. Business grew rapidly and within a few years Ange had a fully fledged agency with 10 staff. Taking advantage of cloud technology, she is once again stationed from home and manages the business on the cloud, employing a global creative team remotely.

Her two small children are now 20 and 19 years of age. Her son is just finishing his NS service and about to embark on a Communications degree and her daughter is enjoying a multimedia diploma.

The next generation of Proof Perfect? Time will tell.

Jenny Lee (Ms)

Jenny has over 20 years’ experience in the consumers & corporate business development & marketing arena, Jenny has equipped herself with strong account management and media network in publishing.

She was one of the pioneer staff in Customised Publishing and spearheaded the BabyCare & Sampling Business Unit during her tenure in MediaCorp Pte Ltd.

Prior to that, she was also formerly in intricate finishing and print management for 4 years and a year plus for operating Telemarketing Marketing Call Center in Dow Jones Aer Co Inc.

Goal-oriented and ingenious with a high level of cultural fit and adaptation, Jenny has a talented ability to create an impactful footprint in any assigned terrain and contribute to the revenue and growth of the business.
