Coaching is, at its core, a series of intentional conversations that empower a person to gain clarity and embody their calling. It is the art of influence that underpins leadership in the 21st century.
- WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN COACHING, COUNSELING, OR MENTORING?
One of the primary differences between coaching and consulting or mentoring is that coaching draws out answers from within a person, whereas consulting and mentoring often involve putting in. Simply put, coaching is based on asking, whereas consulting and mentoring are based on telling.

How My Coaching Programs Are Structured
Coaching is not usually an instant fix. It can be a journey (and often an exciting adventure) to achieve the results you are looking for. That is why I ask for a commitment to a program of sessions so you can get those lasting results.
Sessions are usually 1 1/2 hour to 2 hours with unlimited email and brief telephone contact between and are held at roughly two-week intervals. They can be in person (depending on location) or by phone or Zoom Video Call.
This gives you time to integrate what you are learning and do any actions you have agreed to do before the next session. It also gives you time to identify and challenges to carrying out those actions so we can work through them.
